Product Description:

Zinca4-610 Double-component thermal-conducting gel is a soft silicon resin base thermal gap filling material. It features high heat conduction, low interface thermal resistance, is good tactile,ideal material for maximum gap tolerance occasions. The thermal gel mainly meets the requirements of low stress and high compression modes during use, realizing automatic production; good contact with electronic products during assembling electronic products, showing lower contact thermal resistance and good electrical insulation characteristics. The cured thermal conductivity is equivalent to the thermal pads, which is resistant to high temperature and aging, and can work for a long time under -40 ~ 200 ° C for a long time. This thermal gel can be adopted by manual or automatic dipping equipment.
Application Method
1.Used between semi-conductor and radiator fin;
2.Used between electronic components required cooling and the radiator/house.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing:

The package is divided into manual and automatic dipping types.
For manual type, the double-component thermal gel is 25ml tube(A/B:25ml) respectively;
For automatic dipping type, 400ml/tube or 10kg/pail, or according to the customer's requirements.



Shelf life:
When stored in a sealed container, the storage temperature does not exceed 30 ° C, the shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production.
