Product Description
Zinca-72003 is a multipolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine and polyether.
It can be applied in the finishing process for various kinds of fabrics, especially for cotton fabrics, which imparts fabrics good hydrophilicity and excellent hand feeling.

Cotton fabrics softening and hydrophilic treatment.
Instructions
1.Emulsification method:
Ratio: Silicone Oil 72003: Emulsifier = 3:1~5:1
Put Silicone Oil 72003 and Emulsifier into the reaction kettle by ratio and stir it for 20 minutes.
Add water in batches. Mix it well and dilute it to needed content.
Adjust the pH value to 5~6 by a proper amount of acetic acid.
The transparent microemulsion is obtained.
2.Reference dosage of diluted emulsion: 10~30 g/ L
(Specific dosage should be adjusted by the user through test.)
3.Experiment proves that Silicone Oil 72003 is better and safer in weak acid condition (pH value 5~6).
