Product Description

 

Hydroxyl silicone oil is OH-terminated silicone oil.

Structural Formula: HO-Si(CH3)2O [Si(CH3)2O]nSi(CH3)2-OH

Chemical name: a, w- dihydroxyl polydimethylsiloxanegenerally named 107 silicone rubber.

The low viscosity hydroxyl has reactive hydroxyl groups, it can be used in making liquid silicone rubber, as structural controlling agent.

Colorless transparent liquid with good electrical insulating properties and high temperature resistance, high flash point, low freezing point, used in -50 C ~ 250C conditions.

Product Application

Added vinyl chain link (side chain position) in the hydroxy silicone molecule. Adding this product can play a dual role: the hydroxy group in the molecule and the active group of silica should act as a structure control agent; The vinyl in the crosslinking reaction with the vinyl in the raw rubber has a better effect than simply adding vinyl silicone oil. This product can be used alone or in combination with hydroxy silicone oil. For some special users, the vinyl content can be customized.
 

Packing & Delivery
