704/705 Silicone Oil is colorless transparent liquid. Compared with Dimethyl silicone oil, it has better performance in high and low temperatures (-70 ~ 300°C ), and better properties of lubricity, mold unloading and electrical insulation. It is small in temperature viscosity coefficient and volatility. Compression rate and the surface tension is high. It is well in miscibility with other organic resin. The UV-resistant properties is unique.
Features:
1.The saturation steam pressure of high vacuum diffusion pump oil is very low. When conditions for used equipment (including diffusion pumps and backing pumps) (such as vacuum tightness, front stage,
vacuum, cooling water status, etc.) all meet with vacuum operation
conditions,the ultimate vacuum (residual pressure) of 274 can reach 5
.3x10-6Pa; the ultimate vacuum (residual pressure) of 275 can reach

2. The highest vacuum ultimate permissible - highest level of
