Phenyl hydrogen silicone oil can be used as a crosslinking agent for additive phenyl silicone rubber and is prepared through a specific synthesis process. Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), methylhydrogenated cyclosiloxane, methylphenylcyclosiloxane and mixed cyclosiloxane can be used under the catalysis of cation exchange resin, using hydrogen double-terminated toluen solvent, polymerized at a set temperature for a certain period of time, the cation exchange resin is filtered off, the toluen is evaporated at normal pressure, and then the low-boiling products are removed at 0.096Mpa/205ºC and cooled to room temperature to obtain a phenyl to silicon molar ratio (Ph/Si) of 0.30~0.60, a hydrogen mass percentage of 0~0.5%, a controllable viscosity (10mpas~1000mpa·s), a high refractive index, clear and transparent, and containing methylphenylsiloxane chain segments.
