Cyclopentasiloxane &Dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer is a blend of high molecular weight silicone elastomers (dimethicone crosspolymer) in cyclopentasiloxane gives a silky and smooth feel to the skin. It protects the skin from harmful environment and also has deep hydrating properties. It is a cross-linked silicone elastomer gel that is a smooth, clear to slightly hazy viscous paste. The suggested applications for this product include skin care, hair care, and several other formulations (examples: sunscreens, color cosmetics, styling tools, etc.)

Application:
Used as a cosmetic additive to reduce the stickiness and viscosity of organic ingredients in formulations, such as:

How To Use:
This product can be used as an emollient in different formulations according to varying viscosities. Lotion, cream, sunscreen, foundation and other products.
Handling Precautions:
It is recommended that normal safety precautions (hand gloves & safety goggles) be taken while handling the product. The material should be stored in original ELKAY containers in a cool place or below 32 ºC and keep protected from direct exposure to sunlight and other oxidizing agents.
