Description

This product is a colorless or pale yellow transparent liquid. In addition to the general characteristics of methyl silicon oil, it also has excellent electrical insulation performance and excellent anti -ozone, electrical dizziness, water hate, and small temperature coefficients.The surface tension is small, shear resistance, large compression and other characteristics. Due to the introduction of benzyl in the molecular chain, it has better high temperature resistance than methyl silicon oil, corrosion resistance and lubrication performance, and the working temperature of -40 ºC ~ 300 ºC.

Application

Low phenyl content phenyl silicone oils are used as turbine lubricants for efficient jet engines, as well as lubricants for various electrical and electronic machines.
It can also be used as an impregnating agent for large power capacitors. Middle Phenyl content phenyl silicone oil can be used as heat exchange liquid for heat treatment bath and high temperature bath of metal products, lubricating oil for high temperature furnace chronometer, insulating oil and heat carrier for motor and electronic machine rolls. Silicone grease mixed with lithium soap can be used as high temperature lubricant for ball bearings. Benzyl silicone oil can also be used as the carrier of gas liquid chromatography and booster pump oil, glass fiber treating agent, instrument damping oil for separation and analysis of fatty acid, aromatic cinnamon, fatty acid, amine, alcohol, ester and so on.
