Description

ZINCA-6315 is a one-component UV cured organic silicon rubber. This product has no solvents, translucent, and features thixotropy. It can be rapidly solidified by ultraviolet rays and easy to operate. After curing, the contraction rate is low,features low hardness, good flexibility and excellent adhesive performance, great electrical insulation characteristics, and high temperature resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance, and good yellowing resistance.

Application

This product is applicable to various substrate materials for bonding and sealing, such as: metal, ceramics, glass, plastic, epoxy layer, etc. It can be applied to sealing and bonding of PCB system components, electronic control components, sealing lids, etc. Can also be applied to waterproof and moisture-proof protection of electronic components and other devices, as well as dust-proof protection of equipment such as machine tools.

Notes:
Pay attention to blocking ultraviolet rays and avoid ultraviolet light while using.
Before use, please remove the dirt, moisture, dust, etc. from the bonding surface
Cleaning the dipping device, avoiding pollution that causes defective adhesion

Recommended curing conditions:
UV-LED (365nm 300mW/CM2) *10s.

If accidentally contact with the eyes, rinse the eyes with water immediately and go to the hospital for examination.
