Zinca-851Silicone oil is a hydrolyzed stable polyether stem-engrafting surfactant with HLB value of 12, soluble in water, ethanol, and alcohol water system, can be added to a thermal mixture up to 90 ° C. When used as an emulsifier, the dosage is small; as a foaming agent, it can shape into stable and dense foams; when applied to styling product resin plasticizer, giving the hair a soft, smooth silkiness.
