Phenyl methyl hydrogen silicone oil is an organic silicon compound with methyl phenyl siloxane as the main chain and containing silicon hydrogen groups
Features:
Appearance: colorless and transparent liquid, adjustable refractive index of 1.41-1.60, hydrogen content of 0.2-1.2wt%, viscosity range of 30-400 mPa · s
Resistant to high and low temperatures (-50 ºC to 250 ºC), strong UV resistance and aging resistance
Structural characteristics
The main chain contains phenyl groups, with some methyl groups replaced by phenyl groups, resulting in a low coefficient of thermal expansion
The molecular weight range is 0.5 × 10 ³ -5.0 × 10 ³ , and the performance parameters can be adjusted by adjusting the raw material ratio
Packing:
Phenyl Methyl Hydrogen Silicone Oil is available in 5kg plastic drums, 25kg plastic drums, 25kg Iron drums or200kg Iron drums.
Storage:
1.The product should be stored in a shady, dry place with the temperature 0°C-40°C, freezing should be avoided.
2. Avoid from acid, alkali chemical materials and other impurities.
3. Handle as non-hazardous substance.
4. Shelf life: 3 years.

As a crosslinking agent for additive potting adhesive, it is used for high-power LED potting and potting in the optoelectronic/microelectronics industry;
