Methyl Phenyl Silicon oil 275 is colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid, which is 28 % higher than the

protection of ordinary diffusion pump oil. The service life is 50 % higher than mineral oil. The oxide is 3

times reduced than mineral oil. Mineral oil is 18 % low.
