Features:

Application
Applications
- It is suitable for padding and dipping process.
- It is amino silicone oil. It cannot be directly used on fabrics. So it has to be emulsified before applying on textiles. It is easy to emulsify with normal equipment and process. For specific fabrics, please dilute it to the best concentration.
- Please prepare all the chemicals before making the working solution.
- It is recommended to use softening water (deionized water) to dilute. If no softening water (deionized water), please make a stability test before making the working solution.
- Emulsifying Method:
(1)Formulation (about 20% microemulsion):
Amino Silicone Oil 72030: 100
Emulsifier: 50 (Mixture of nonionic surfactants To-5/To-7 is commonly used.)
Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether: 5
Acetic acid + Water 1: 1 + 50 (Dissolve the acetic acid in the water.)
Water 2: 494
(Add preservatives if necessary)
Total: 700 parts
(2)Emulsifying Process:
a.Stir Silicone Oil 72030 evenly and then use.
b.Put Silicone Oil 72030, Emulsifier and Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether into the reaction kettle and stir it fully for 10 minutes, until it is evenly.
c.Slowly add Acetic acid + Water 1 and stir it fully and evenly for 20 minutes.
d.Add about 1/10 Water 2 and stir it fully for 10 minutes. (If it becomes hard gel, add a small amount of water to ensure that it is thoroughly mixed.)
e.Add about 1/10 Water 2 and stir it fully for 10 minutes.
f. Add about 2/10 Water 2 and stir it fully for 5 minutes.
g.Add about 2/10 Water 2 and stir it fully for 5 minutes.
h.Add the rest Water 2 and stir it fully for 5 minutes.
i. Place it for defoam and filter. Adjust the pH value to 5~6 by a proper amount of acetic acid. The transparent microemulsion is obtained.
6. Softening Process:
(1)Padding Process:
For light and thin fabric, reference dosage: 10~20 g/L
For heavy and thick fabric, reference dosage: 20~30 g/L
The best pH range of working solution: 6.0~7.0
Padding and dipping (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC×60~90 seconds
(2)Dipping Process:
Reference dosage: 1.0~2.0% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:20
Process: 40~50ºC×10~20 minutes → Dewater → Drying (100~120ºC)

Storage
CFS-F(H) should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.
CFS-F(H) should be stored in its original containers and used up as soon as possible after opening.
When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-F(H) has a shelf life of 12months.
CFS-F(H) is offered in 200L PVF steel drums and 1000L IBC totes.
