ZINCA-EP is epoxy terminated polymethylsiloxane. Because of its strong reaction activity, epoxy group can react with other functional groups, and can be used as a modifier, additive and diluent of various resins, and has a wide range of applications in textile, leather and ink industries. In textile finishing, epoxy terminated silicone oil is the main raw material of ternary copolymeric silicone oil.
1. The molecular structure of the epoxy-terminated block polyether silicone oil has been specially designed, to copolymerize organic silicon and block polyether groups together. In the synthesizing process of block silicone oil, only organic amines require to be added into to polymerize it into a new structure of block silicone oil, with good stability.
2. The new generation of epoxy block polyether silicone oil does not require the use of ED series polyetheramines in subsequent block polymerization due to the introduction of high molecular weight hydrophilic block polyether segments in its structure;
3. Nearly 1000 molecular weight block polyethers have been introduced at both ends of the molecular structure, greatly improving its ability to selectively adsorb, permeate, and wet various fibers, resulting in a more natural, delicate, and dynamic tactile style;
4. In the process of polymerization with organic amines, the amount of organic solvent can be significantly reduced. The amount of solvent required for the reaction is only 5% -20% of the mass of the terminal epoxy polyether silicone oil, and the reaction produces a uniform, transparent, and stable high content block silicone oil;
5. Organic amines can be chosen independently or using the composite organic amines we provide.
6. Various tactile styles of block silicone oil can be synthesized using a new generation of end epoxy block polyether silicone oil with different molecular weights; Block silicone oil with a content of 50-95% can be synthesized as needed.
7. The product modified with quaternary ammonium salt has better hydrophilicity and stability than ordinary quaternary ammonium salt modified silicone oil.

Applications
1. In resin and ink products, organosilicone can be introduced into organic resin through the reaction of amine curing agent and epoxy group to improve the performance of the resin. Can also be used as an ink thinner for specific environment.
2. It is the key raw material of terpolymeric silicone oil softener for textiles. Polyether amine or other modified monomers can be introduced into it by using its activity of epoxy group to produce excellent hand finishing agent and improve the wearability of the product.
3. It has the similar performance of silan coupling agent, it can increase the strength of composite products, it is the main raw material of addition silicone rubber, it can also be used as the raw material of release agent.
